Actually I sometimes enjoy listening to 'As it Happens', even though usually half the show is dedicated to events in the US and elsewhere. I guess not enough happens in Canada to fill an entire hour of news. |

The fact that it's distributed in America probably plays a pretty big role in that. Broadcast news and the like take up a full hour with primarily Canadian issues quite easily, thank you. :-P |

Looks like the brown dog is trying to lift his head, but then the black dog puts its neck over the brown dogs neck. Brown dog proceeds to lift its neck, resistance is met and over it goes! |
